Internet Sales Department--Direct Sales Manager

This is an intermediate-level position for a full-time, Internet Sales Department Direct Sales Manager. After training and proving your customer-service skills in the showroom, additional responsibilities will include answering customers' vehicle needs, managing follow-up for 100s of customers over several months electronically, and maintaining the highest performance standards within the Wilsonville Toyota sales process framework.

This position requires outstanding phone skills, proven record of customer satisfaction, and solid 2-way communication experience through various electronic means including email and internet chat/instant messaging. Sales experience required.  Experience with interactive social networking a plus.
