At Wilsonville Toyota we have broken the mold and are changing the way cars and trucks will be sold today and in the future. We are looking for people with intelligence, character, drive, and enthusiastic high energy personalities to become part of the new generation of sales counselors who will be the customer's one and only contact within the dealership. You should be willing and able to learn to become the customer's one contact for the purchase and finance of their new or used Toyota in a no pressure environment. You must be comfortable with computers and technical enough to demonstrate the superiority of the Toyota product over the competition to the most educated of customers. If you are Experienced in automobile sales or not we are looking for you. We welcome successful sales professionals and customer service oriented people from all industries and will provide a 2 week paid crash course on our new processes and products as well as ongoing training throughout your new career. You must have a track record of past success.

Compensation and Benefits:
Once certified in the product line and Wilsonville Toyota Scion processes you will receive an extremely lucrative payplan and benefits package second the none including $225 minimum commissions plus you will be paid on the sale of all Accessories and Finance related products. Life, medical, dental, and pharmaceutical benefits after 90 days of full time employment. Eligibility for voluntary long and short term disability after 90 days. Matching 401k up to 1% of your income. Up to 4 weeks paid vacation depending on tenure. Educational Tuition Assistance Program. Internet Sales Department--Direct Sales Manager

This is an intermediate-level position for a full-time, Internet Sales Specialist. After training and proving your customer-service skills in the showroom (see above job description), additional responsibilities will include answering customers' vehicle needs, managing follow-up for 100s of customers over several months electronically, and maintaining the highest performance standards within the Wilsonville Toyota sales process framework.

This position requires outstanding phone skills, proven record of customer satisfaction, and solid 2-way communication experience through various electronic means including email and internet chat/instant messaging. Sales experience required.  Experience with interactive social networking a plus.
