Really nice staff, clean environment, good attitude even though they were very busy. I had to show up at the dealership to sign paperwork to reserve a car, and it could have taken five minutes or have been done remotely. However it was a good hour for me to sign a two page document in two places and initial in four, and they couldn't give me a copy of what I signed because their copier cannot do legal size documents(their legal size document). Agent Luke Thompson showed us the right car right away and we bought it. He made the process very easy and respected our wishes and pace. We were very satisfied with Wilsonville Toyota. Cody took good care of us, showed us the RAV 4 plug in model in the lot that was already spoken for in early February. When 2 showed up in early May he gave us a call and we came over and purchased one.

LUIS LUA has been my salesperson for all those years he’s very knowledgeable and gives me the best deal there can be. I always get the payment where I need it to be. While driving my 2008 Prius on I-5 from Corvallis to Portland it displayed a caution on the display which instructed me to no longer drive the vehicle.
