The Closer's job is to force the customer to buy a car. A VERY high-pressure situation.

Finance Manager

Up to a 2-hour wait in the lobby, then an hour or more in the their office.

If the customer said "yes" to the car, they eventually meet a Finance Manager--another person you've never met before that will be printing your documents and giving you the "real" numbers on your car deal. These may be quite different than the ones shown to you by the Floor Manager and Closer.
