The job of Customer Care Center Representative in the Sales Department at Wilsonville Toyota is all about ENGAGEMENT.

The Customer Care Center (C3) is an important part of our Sales operation.  Our C3 Reps are there to help customers make the transition from the information superhighway into the real world, engaging with our people, inventory, and outstanding customer service.

C3 Representatives on the Sales side of the house must really enjoy communicating with people.  Through emails, phone calls, internet chat, and text messaging, C3 Reps deliver world class customer service by providing prospective customers the information they need to make an informed decision about where they'll buy their next car. The primary goal of the Sales C3 is to set appointments for the Customer Advocates who show customers various solutions to customers' vehicle needs.

This is a fast-paced job because Wilsonville Toyota sells a big bunch of cars.  But if you enjoy the challenge of exceeding goals and love being compensated for being a top performer, this may be the right job for you!
