The job of Customer Care Center Representative in the Service Department at Wilsonville Toyota is all about HELP!

The Customer Care Center (C3) is an important part of our Service business.  Our C3 Service Reps are there to let people know that WE CAN HELP with any problems they're having with their vehicle.

C3 Service Representatives must be excellent communicators. These days, we have to be ready to adapt to customers' ever-changing communication tools: Email, internet chat, texting and simple phone calls.  The vast majority of our C3 Reps' time is spent on the phone, delivering world class customer service. The primary goal of the Service C3 is to set service appointments while making sure customer needs are communicated to the Service team.

This is a fast-paced job because Wilsonville Toyota services a lot of vehicles: As many as a hundred or more every single day.  But if you enjoy the challenge of setting, achieving, and exceeding goals, all while meeting many new customers on the phone every day, this might be the great new job you've been looking for.
