The Finance/Sales Administrator is the key that unlocks our outstanding One Person customer service process. The Finance/Sales Administrator (sometimes called the Sales Manager Assistant) has multiple tasks to accomplish that allow our Customer Advocates and Sales Managers to focus on finding the perfect vehicle ownership solutions for our customers. The primary job of the Finance/Sales Administrator is to prepare, proofread, coordinate and follow up on the documents that make up a car deal. From getting the vehicle registered through DMV to counting and receipting cash, from working with the various finance agencies to working one-on-one with a customer, our Finance Assistants keep the wheels rolling inside the store.
