The job of SERVICE ADVISOR at Wilsonville Toyota is all about Extreme Customer Service.

The Service Department makes our dealership more than just a place to buy a car, it makes it a great place to OWN a car.  From that first 5K service through the millionth mile, our Service Teams make sure our owner community has the best possible experience with their Toyota cars, SUVs and trucks.

Wilsonville Toyota Service Advisors meet customers at their most vulnerable: When something is wrong - or could go wrong - with the second largest purchase most people make in their lifetimes.  With extreme care and customer service, Service Advisors make sure that when customers leave with their cars, they do so with the confidence that our team delivered the correct repairs and services in the least possible amount of time and at the lowest reasonable expense.

This is a fast-paced job because Wilsonville Toyota services upwards of 100 cars per day.  Some days are downright hectic and you really have to love the challenge of exceeding goals and providing top-notch customer service on the busiest of days.
