I was not the easiest customer; bruised credit, and lots of questions- but Elliot made me feel comfortable and was incredibly kind and patient! Easy new car process with lots of options to choose from. Would recommend the dealership and working with Elliot. The only downside is the process took far longer than expected and they don't give much in the way of a used car based on its actual worth.

My husband and I began our search for a new car in February. The first person we met at Wilsonville Toyota was Stephen Krepps, and he was very patient while we did extensive research on which car was the right one for our family. Fast forward to April, when we were finally ready to purchase the Right Car (after multiple visits and test-drives) - Stephen had been promoted so he put us in contact with Elliott Franzen, who maintained the same professional, knowledgeable, and courteous demeanor that we had come to appreciate in Stephen. We sealed the deal a week ago, and couldn't be happier with our new car. During our search, I was actively negotiating with two other dealerships. We chose Wilsonville Toyota because Stephen and Elliott were respectful and never once tried to sell me a car that they had on their lot but wasn't exactly what I was looking for. They were also very professional in all of their communications - this should be a no-brainer for sales positions, but you'd be surprised. We ended up with a price that was competitive with the other dealerships, but we had decided that we would be going with Wilsonville Toyota even if the others had price-matched - we felt like they had earned our business by being patient, honest, and great to work with.

I bought my 2014 corolla from Wilsonville Toyota Dealership. The staff was extremely patient and friendly. 2 years later I am getting my oil changed and Elliot, the gentleman who sold me my car, comes up to me, remembers me and everything he learned about me and just stopped to see how I am. Everyone at this dealership has wonderful personalities and are extremely helpful! I will not buy a car anywhere else. I also got a call from the dealership letting me know about specials on oil changes and saved me almost 40$!!

I brought my Scion XB in for it's 15,000 mile service. Evan Bantin in the service department was extremely helpful and very friendly. John my shuttle driver was very friendly and a very safe driver. I also ran in to Elliott Franzen, the salesman that sold me my Scion a year and a half ago and he recognized me and made it a point to say hi and ask me how my Scion was treating me and if i was still happy with it. I was shocked that he remembered me from a year and a half ago, let alone what car i bought. It made me feel like he cared about me as a person and not just another customer. Elliot had called me a few weeks before I was needing to go in for a service just to check and see how things were. I had bought a 2013 tundra from Elliot two years previous and the first time working with Wilsonville Toyota and it was hands down the best car buying experience I have had and I hate to say I've had more then my share of vehicle buying experiences. Anyways he asked if they could buy my truck back I told him I had no reason to sell it I like my truck it's been really good to me, obviously he was happy to hear that but left me with an offer to think about. They make the base pricing of vehicles easy by providing the exact price of the vehicle up front. Obviously the options you choose will affect the pricing. Dealing with only one person is also a huge advantage when compared to the experience you will have with other dealers. Great experience and I got a great deal. I will most likely be leasing from these guys again when my lease is up. Unless I win a free car of course.

We live in Central Oregon, we felt going to Portland would give us more buying options for the price and car we were looking for. We had several cars chosen to look at from various dealers. Our first stop was Wilsonville Toyota. I had every intention of reviewing the car we were interested in, then moving on to the next dealer. We wanted to make sure we bought exactly what we wanted; in price, mileage, and car type. I have a very strong personality therefore do not like "The Sale" in buying cars. I was fully prepared to "lay it out" for my salesman. Not only did I not have to "lay it out" I didn't go to any of the other dealerships. As I stated: Elliott is AMAZING! I have always been a ford girl my whole life. I was interested in getting into a smaller truck than a full size. I was worried about price and what I could afford monthly. When I went to Wilsonville Toyota, Jennifer put me right at ease. She showed me every truck on the lot and explained what they came with. She had me test drive one, and I was hooked. Then she found one online for me. I was offered a fair trade in for my car, but they offered to put it up on Craigslist for a week to see if I could get more. I was so busy with work, so they offered to clean the car, take pictures and post it. Colin posted the car on a Sunday and it sold at 8 am the next morning. Jenn took care of the whole process. She scheduled my first checkup, made sure I was comfortable in their lounge, and did all the paperwork. The financial dealer helped with a plan I could afford and matched my bank's rate. I almost feel like it was dealing with a family. Today I received a follow up call to make sure I knew how to work all the options. I would definitely go back there and deal with Jenn Stevick. Even though Wilsonville Toyota is in a convenient location to where I live, there are only two main reasons I purchased a used Camry from this dealership. The first reason is that Elliott Franzen works there and the second is that I have had several Toyotas in the past and they all seem to run forever. I know I have a choice of who to buy a car from and I chose Wilsonville Toyota because of the integrity and friendliness of Elliott Franzen. My wif'e's 93 Camry broke down on the freeway last week and I had it towed to Wilsonville Toyota for repairs. The cost of the repairs was much more than the car was worth so decided to purchase another car. Elliott emailed photos and prices of used Camry's, we chose one, drove one and decided on the one that would fit our budget. Having to work, I sent my wife to the dealership to close the deal with Elliott and she was completely satisfied with the speed and accuracy of the transaction and Elliott's attention to every detail. Elliott is a remarkable young man and cares about his customers and the relationship that he creates. I can only imagine the number of satisfied customers that he would bring to any business that he sells for. Elliott is man of character, integrity, honesty and humility and understands the selling process of questioning the prospect to improve the relationship from the very start. We are a repeat customer and our prior purchase was a 2011 Highlander. We had a great experience then and so we came back again for a new vehicle. We were warmly greeted by sales representative Elliott Franzen. We wanted to look at a 2014 highlander deep red in color. None was on the lot for viewing, but Elliott took our name and phone number. As promised he gave us a call when one came in even though it wasn't the red color we wanted. Elliott was off when we got to the lot so Roy Davy showed us the Highlander limited. That gave us an ideal what we wanted in a new Highlander. Elliott found us what we wanted in a new Highlander from the portland area. Elliott was very friendly and professional throughout the whole transaction. We received a fair price for our trade in from willsonville Toyota. A few days later we came back to see Elliott for another purchase. This time I upgraded from my 2008 Tacoma to a new 2014 Tacoma. The process was fast, friendly, and professional. I recently purchased a 2014 Tacoma TRD Off-Road Wilsonville Toyota. Amazing vehicle by the way! Traded up from my 2011, same model etc...I had test drove a similar model a few weeks prior and was planning on coming in Wed to see what type of deal their team could put together, trade value of my 2011 etc...I had allotted about 2 hours, few meetings I needed to attend for work following. Prior, I did my research. I work with Edmunds.com and ran the TMV calculator for the new Taco as well as valued my trade with Edmunds, KBB and Black Book. I walked into your dealership with a fair price I wanted to spend and a fair range for my trade, no intention of buying that Wed eve, potentially Thurs. Elliot Franzen greeted me when I arrived. Let me preface this with Elliot had followed up with me about my test drive and arranged a time to come in Wed. When I arrived the Taco that I was interested in was already pulled up to your customer bay, we hit the ground running. Elliot valued my trade and broke down the deal, this all within the first 30 mins I was there! My objections would have been 1). Price and 2). Trade Price, I didn't tell Elliot this though. He came back, the price of the vehicle was more than fair (based off TMV that Edmunds recommends) and the trade allowance was at the high-end of the range in my head, Elliot handled my 2 objections without ever knowing what they were! I had to throw out another, time, I needed to hit my meetings. Elliot promised me we could wrap up in a couple hours max, what could I say? I've done well over 20 cars deals in my lifetime, daughters, wives, myself, this wasn't going to happen! I said OK with an asterisk, if I need to go I need to go, we could wrap up in the AM. He was gone. When he returned docs were available, plates were printed, vehicle was cleaned, gassed.....I was amazed. The fear we as consumers have is being kept at a dealership too long and paying too much. Wilsonville Toy made me feel comfortable, presented me with a fair price on both ends and expedited the overall process. They made my car experience the best I've honestly ever had! Thanks for running a dealership like it should be. Not only will I be back but I will spread the word!!

I visited Wilsonville Toyota in early July to purchase a used 2011 Sequoia I found in their web ad. The vehicle had just came in and was still on the service rack being serviced. There were a lot of issues with the vehicle that were persuading me to not purchase it. I asked for the issues to be fixed before I would agree to the purchase. After the issues were corrected, I was still not happy and felt that this vehicle was trying to be pushed out the door. Boyce Maclaurie and Jeff Parker stepped in and took over with the repairs. In a matter of 5 business days, everything was fixed to "like new" condition. These two managers went above and beyond to make sure customer service and satisfaction were the top priority. I was given a great used vehicle for my family to use while the repairs were being done. The Sequoia was sent to top notch companies that specialize in the specific repairs to insure the repairs were done correctly. They repaired damage that was no fault of theirs at a great price and with expert quality. In the end, the management team made me feel important. Their customer service negated any doubt I had about the dealership as a whole. I would recommend Wilsonville Toyota to anyone and I will visit them again when I'm ready to trade my Sequoia for another vehicle.
I just leased a new Toyota corolla S, I went in on multiple days because of time restraints that I had but both Elliot and James were so helpful, I was not really sure what I wanted to do when I first went in as far as leasing or buying and wasn't really sure the difference, James explained the differences to me in a very non pressuring way and it seemed like a better option for me to lease at the time, so my wife and I already knew what we wanted and were very picky as far a features and a manual transmission and they did not have one that we wanted in stock, but Don was able to locate exactly the car we wanted, it had every feature we wanted and the exact color we wanted, Don said it would be in anytime in the next day or Two, and he would contact us once it was in, we were called immediately once it was in. During the paperwork process it was very nice to not have to just work with just James and Ellie instead of having to see everyone. Ellie was actually able to get us some rebates we didn't even know about which made us very happy. Once we were finished and ready to drive off Elliot made sure we knew about all the features of the car and got it washed and filled with gas for us, he also set us up with our first service appointment which was awesome. Overall I had great experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to purchase or lease a car. Friendliest staff I have ever worked with when looking for or getting a new car.
I first checked the selection online then did a online car evaluation to see what my jeep was worth. Within about ten minutes someone called me asking if id like to come in and check out the inventory and test drive some vehicles just see what might work or not work. I declined the initial option to make a appointment at that time. I called the dealership back and ask if I could come in a few days later at a specific time they said sure no problem we will have someone waiting to show you around. I was late to the appt. about twenty min roughly but when I pulled up and got out there was a couple gentlemen talking by a vehicle and one guy turn and said your Brandon right I said yes. Well that was Elliot the coolest salesman I have ever had. He brought us in the building to give us a tour of a very classy showroom and facility I could tell at that point this was going to be different. Anyways he had a truck pulled out waiting for me, one that I had been looking online at, but asked if id like to look at others before we checked that one out I said sure he took the keys to my rig that I was wanting to trade in and while we were checking out quite a number of trucks they evaled the jeep I was in. Elliot never once pressured me to look at something I didn't want to see, he asked what I was looking for and that is exactly what he showed me in detail and he explained the specs on all the rigs we looked at I was impressed at the knowledge he had of all these vehicles. Well after looking around at multiple trucks I asked him about a specific truck I seen online he knew exactly the one I was asking about and brought me to it showed me everything inside and out on that truck I really really liked that truck we took it for a test drive and he made sure I got the full experience of that truck, he was willing to go for a pretty decent test drive but I had felt all I needed. after that I asked about the original truck he brought out for me and we drove that as well. I asked if we could do the numbers on the truck I liked he says sure lets go so we did and he dealt with me the whole time never passed me on to anyone else he did everything he could to get me in that truck but was just too far outside my reach, I was feeling pretty deflated at that point,he says hold on I have other options if you want to look at them. So we did and we found another truck I liked and he crunched numbers and still outside my reach, he said im not done yet. At that point I was pretty hopeless but he kept at it even when there seemed to be no way. He checked all credit reports and picked the best one and got me into a tier that would just make it possible, he put in several attempts and at know point in this whole process did he ever seem to give up on me he could tell I really wanted out of the current rig I was in and by damned if he didn't pull it off. All said and done with absolutely no pressure and a lot of work he got me into a brand new Toyota tundra 2013 with test drive miles only. Everything I told him I was looking for at the start of the process and he delivered! Thank you Elliot my family thanks you. Elliott was our salesmen and we could not have been happier. He was friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly went above and beyond for us by taking time from his family to come in on his day off to sell us a car. He was with us the moment we walked onto the lot and each time we came back to look ad all the way to when we drove off the lot. It is a great thing to only deal with one person the entire time and when that person can smile, be honest, keep us laughing and answer all of our questions, it was even better. We started off by just looking and we test drove a few cars. We thought about buying a Scion and decided we needed to look around at a few other cars and we wanted to sleep on it. Wilsonville Toyota was our first stop and we just wanted to make sure we looked at everything out there. There was no pressure to buy a car that first day. He knew we wanted to think about it and I appreciated that. We went to a few other dealerships and that was a big mistake. Gresham Toyota was the worst. They did everything they could to get us to buy a car there using all the techniques they could. The worst was the way they trashed your dealership.. They were rude, unprofessional, and treated us with so much disrespect that we walked out mid sentence. I am glad we made an appointment to see Elliott later that day. He never pressured us and always had a big smile. We looked at a lot of cars and finally found our car at the far end of the lot. It had just come in and when we test drove it we knew it was the car for us. Our new 2005 Toyota Highlander is beautiful. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed or replaced and Elliott along with your parts dept got it all fixed and we drove off with a shiny clean car with even a half tank of gas!!! When it was time for the paperwork it was the easiest car buying experience we ever had. No going in the back room, haggling, or back and forth. He showed us the numbers and we made our decision to buy. We sat in the comfy waiting area and had a snack while things went through. Elliott was always there to update us on how long it would be and signing the paperwork was easy. I left feeling excited about my new car, not stressed out at all like I have felt at other dealerships in the past. My parents bought a new Rav4 a few months prior to our search and I am happy to say that they didn't steer us wrong. Thank you for having Elliott as part of your team. I know that your dealership is great, but Elliott was WONDERFUL. We will be in the market again for a car in the next few months for my kids and I have already told Elliott that he is the guy we will buy from from now on. Thanks again for the stress free, easiest car purchase we have ever made. And thank you Elliott for making it fun as well and for coming in on your day off to help us. We will never go to another dealership ever again!! And that is no bull!!!!
We moved to Washougal, WA, 38 miles north of Wilsonville, but I wanted to bring my Prius (2012) to the Wilsonville dealership because of my positive experiences there since we bought the car a year ago in March. I love the friendly, great service I get. This time folks went the "extra mile" for me. Unbeknownst to me, my wallet must have fallen out of my purse (it was really full this week) while I was waiting on my 10,000 mile oil change. I didn't even know it was missing when I received a call from Wilsonville Toyota employee Tony to say he found my wallet! He found it in his desk, so another employee was involved, too, though whom that might be remains a mystery. Tony told me he would take my wallet up to the receptionist's desk and that she would lock it up until I could get there. When our 13 year old Prius "died" and replacing the battery was not a good money decision we called Wilsonville Toyota and brought the Prius in the next day for an evaluation. My husband came home with a loaner Yaris while we waited for the expert to definitely say that it was the battery. A couple of days later we went down to look at getting another Toyota. We do limited driving but do need a car to get around. Azar Khan was very helpful, showed us Corollas and Camrys. It was a long afternoon and we settled on a Camry. So far, we really like the car. There is less road noise than the Prius and it corners better. We are in our mid to late 80's and never dreamed we would be buying another car at our age. We are waiting for the title to come from the state. I would like to have the paper work from our purchase, also the scheduled maintenance info. I guess we will have to wait until the title comes and we have our plates from the Prius put on. Mary Grammel
Over the years we have purchased several vehicles from our local dealership (I-5 Toyota). Generally we were happy. This last round, trying to find a very limited supply vehicle, our local dealership failed us and was not helpful at all. I began researching and came across Wilsonville Toyota. Yes they are 2 1/2 hrs away from us, but they offered a “No Bull” no negotiating price. First: they had the exact vehicle we wanted coming. Second: The price they quoted me online, without any negotiating, was better than any price I negotiated with my local dealer. Third: they went way out of the way to save me even more $ with unknown Toyota rebates. If you like dickering, they are not your dealership (because they won’t) but I challenge you to beat their “No Bull” price. If you can, you’re much better negotiator than I.

I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma from this dealership. It was a positive experience. My salesperson Azhar was very helpful and provided good service! I would buy from him again, and I do not say that about everyone I have worked with to purchase a new vehicle. The prices are a little bit lower than Beaverton Toyota from what I can tell.
