The dealership was helpful in the process of obtaining a new EV. They were quite knowledgeable about each of the vehicle's features. I also appreciated the detailed explanation of options in leasing the vehicle vs buying it. I wasn't too happy about having extended warranties pushed on me by two different sales people, but I guess that's just part of their business.

Azhar made our RAV4 buying experience fun and stress free. He had the car and paperwork all ready to go just as we had agreed upon over the phone and he also set up our iPhones for us. He was also very friendly and was genuinely excited for us and wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase.
I took my 2007 Hybrid Highlander in for routine service and an inspection of the "check engine" light cause. The service advisor who helped me, Spencer, was organized, pleasant and seemed knowledgeable about the car. He explained things well and got my car serviced in the time he said he would. He was good to work with, and readily available if I had questions. I would be happy to work with him again.

Wilsonville Toyota is fantastic. The only dealer I trust. Bought a used Rav-4 from them, then sold back some months later because my work situation changed and I no longer needed it. When I sold it back, they paid $1,500 OVER what I asked for it (as well as $3K more than another dealer I got an offer from). Miguel Perez-Barron was our sales rep, and I can't say enough good about the assistance he provided.

Amazing care and attention to getting my issue fixed. Colton, Darren, and the whole team were committed to resolving my issue and super thankful they got it figured out. I had an issue with the connected services on the head unit and the Toyota app where the vehicle wasn’t communicating with the online services. Probably goes without saying, but be careful about after market additions that potentially tie in the wiring harness. They may disrupt communications.

The salesman Miguel Gaytan was very qualified and a pleasure to work with. In regard to the dealership's "No Bull" price, I think as an out of state buyer it would behoove the dealership to post all the other associated cost such as documentation fees and corporate tax based on a percentage of the MSRP, this tax is authorized by the state of Oregon but not required to be passed on by the dealership. It is not illegal for the dealer to charge this, but it should be posted up front.

This was our best car-purchase experience by a mile among the many cars we have acquired over the years. Gab Ripple at Wilsonville Subaru was great. It was more like meeting a new friend than a car salesman. The help in detailing, fixing rock chips, etc. was great. They're even delivering the car to our home despite the 1.5-hour drive. The next car we buy will be from Wilsonville Toyota or Wilsonville Subaru, for sure.
