We recently purchased a 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid from Wilsonville Toyota. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Tre. He took us right to the car and had us test drive it. We had done a lot of research and knew exactly what we were looking for. After the test drive we were sold on the car. We were very specific in what we wanted in the car. brought my car in for some maintenance and royce took great care of me. he was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. everything was explained clearly, there was no pressure or unnecessary upselling, and they had my car ready quicker than i expected. the whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and my car has been running great since. definitely a five-star experience and i’ll be coming back for future maintenance
The dealership was helpful in the process of obtaining a new EV. They were quite knowledgeable about each of the vehicle's features. I also appreciated the detailed explanation of options in leasing the vehicle vs buying it. I wasn't too happy about having extended warranties pushed on me by two different sales people, but I guess that's just part of their business.

He answered all of the questions I had about the vehicle I was purchasing, and went above and beyond what I expected from a dealer when purchasing a vehicle (rav4 hybrid). I had seen a car on their website and called to make an appointment to test drive. When I arrived, they explained that the car had just been brought in and had not been detailed. After test driving and asking my questions, I made the decision to purchase the vehicle. Tre made sure that I was a fully satisfied customer by having the car detailed, Toyota gold certified, recall fixed, an iou for some door panel scrapes and new tires put on as we discussed. The car was finished and ready for me to pick up within 4 days. I will continue to purchase future vehicles from Wilsonville Toyota and recommend to others.
