What does a Customer Service Administrator do?
Our Customer Service Admins – sometimes referred to as Sales Manager Assistants – help with the time-sensitive tasks of completing, checking, and following up on the items that turn the paperwork of a car deal into real income for the dealership. This is an entry-level position so you don’t even need a lot of experience to get started!
Primary tools of the trade are phones and computers…and paper. Since we are a high-volume dealership, selling 300+ cars a month on average, our Customer Service Admins take control of the paperwork jungle, generating, proofing and organizing it so our customers’ lenders can quickly approve each deal at the best possible rate and in the shortest period of time.
As a Wilsonville Toyota Customer Service Administrator, you’ll work closely with the sales management team to understand your daily priorities. You’ll work each of our lenders by computer and phone to solve problems and complete necessary paperwork. You’ll work with our sales team – our Customer Advocates – to help get things buttoned up. There’s never a dull moment!
How do I learn the job?
Limited experience needed. We’re excited when we get to train the perfect new employee from the ground up. If you pick things up quickly, are extremely detail oriented, and love working in a friendly, fast-paced environment, this might be the perfect job for you!
