The conversation was comfortable and informative. We drove the car that we were interested in seeing and after some further conversation and information concerning the cars features, we decided to buy. Azhar was able to find the color and options I wanted and followed-up with me on during the production and build of the car with the estimated delivery even though he was on vacation abroad. Azhar was knowledgeable about my options. Many other Toyota dealers in my area were not at all! I worked with Yasir as well on day of purchase to pick-up the car and actually test drive it. Yasir showed me all the features and answered all my questions. The car was ready for me on time and Wilsonville Toyota made the process much easier. Never had to go back and fourth with another manager or financial guy. Didn't spend all day there.

Toyota Wilsonville was great, and I have to give a special shout out to Sean Day for a world class customer experience. I was dead set on getting a 2025 Tacoma TRD Pro in the Mudbath color, and absolutely nobody was getting any on the dealership lot. Sean went above and beyond tracking down a truck that was actively being built and monitoring the progress until it was far enough along that I was able to reserve it. He kept me updated throughout the time the truck was being built and embarking on its journey to the dealership. When it arrived, he really took his time walking me through all the features and functionalities in my new truck (of which there were many lol) and made the financing and paperwork process painless. I also want to shout out our man John Scott, who was extremely helpful and just generally a lot of fun to work with. Toyota Wilsonville also managed to find me a better APR loan AFTER I had signed paperwork for the other loan and took the time to inform me and get me set up with the better deal. They already had a completed deal and didn’t have to do that for me, but they did and I appreciate it. I’ll 100% be buying all of my future vehicles from Toyota Wilsonville and specifically from Sean Day. I highly recommend working with Sean if you have any opportunity to do so.

From beginning to end, my first visit at Wilsonville Toyota, buying a new car after my old one died, was easy, straightforward, and unexpectedly pleasant. Christy was super friendly. I was on my way up to another dealership from Salem and the sales/customer service was relentless with texts and phone calls. I told Taylor Diaz in customer service that I already had a car in mind and heading there at the moment. I felt pressured to get her off the phone while driving so I decided to visit Wilsonville Toyota on my way. When I got there, I was to ask for Josh, but I ended up with Christy. She was very nice and I explained the situation and what I have already negotiated with the other dealership. She explained their way of doing the car purchasing experience and so I decided to stay and test drive the same car that I plan to get at the other dealership. When I decided I was going to purchase the car from Wilsonville Toyota, the only thing that I wish Christy would have explained was the breakdown, instead of just showing me what my payments would be, of the extra cost that were slid in to the initial offer. Until I started questioning what each of those extra $8000 was I realize they were optional. So I had her removed those options (except the extended Toyota care) to let me know what the final cost is. Also, she failed to tell me what my trade-in was until I asked. Another issue I had was that I was already pre-approved with a credit union and showed them my pre-approval email that I received from my financial institution. After we have negotiated the final price (optional add-ons) and waiting to sign documents, I felt like I sat there for a long while (time to clean out my car, Christy moving new cars in and out of the showroom, and sat there on my phone for additional 30+minutes) before she came back and stated that my credit union was on the CUDL program but they rejected the paperwork. Called them and found out they were not on the program and went a different route. all in all the process was OK. Total time was from 1pm-5pm. Will I go back? probably yes but hopefully not for a very long with the plans on keeping this car for a long time. If you do end up getting any optional/extended coverage (you have xxx amount of days to remove) and decide to remove it, be prepared for no responses or the standard response from customer service (Taylor) of “we are looking in to it” and then no response. Otherwise great job!

I came to Toyota Wilsonville in a genuinely stressful
I came to Toyota Wilsonville in a genuinely stressful situation that I didn’t think had a way out. The first night I visited, Cole and his team immediately jumped through hoops to try to find the right solution. My previous vehicle—purchased from another dealership—had a blown transmission, and I was significantly upside down on my loan. Even so, they worked tirelessly to run numbers and explore options to get me to a monthly payment I could realistically afford. That evening, we weren’t able to find a solution, and I left feeling more worried than when I arrived. But the next morning, I received a call from Troy, who had been collaborating with Cole on my situation. He suggested an option I hadn’t considered—and for the first time, I felt hopeful. I returned a couple of days later and was grateful to work with Cole again. I’ve dealt with multiple dealerships and sales associates over the years, and many of those experiences left me jaded. When I think of dealerships, I often think “shady,” “pushy,” or “not genuine.” Cole was the complete opposite. He was lighthearted, funny, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. The day I came back in was honestly a horrible day for me, and yet he somehow made the entire process feel manageable—and even made me laugh several times, which I needed more than he knew. Cole and the Toyota Wilsonville team have restored my faith in the car-sales world, and that is no small thing. If and when I purchase another vehicle, I’ll absolutely be returning here if I’m in the area. Thank you, Cole, and thank you to the Toyota Wilsonville team. I appreciate you all more than you know!

Izzy DeGyves manipulated me out of an AWD Prius into a FWD Prius. I was called on my way in to a routine service appt about them wanting to pursue trade in options and was paired with him. I was open about not being the car person in the family and discouraged from waiting to discuss the trade with my partner. He assured me multiple times that it was the same car, just newer. When I realized the next day why this deal wasn’t actually what I had thought, he did not return my calls. Even after speaking with a general manager, Josh, he did not call me back. I feel stupid, manipulated, ashamed and disrespected.
