No one really looks forward to taking their car in for maintenance, waiting around and paying a small fortune for routine vehicle care. That’s why Service Director Jim Waters decided to take the initiative to help his team change the overall service experience.
Each month Wilsonville Toyota receives a report that illustrates the monthly average results from our customer satisfaction survey. The month of July was big for Wilsonville Toyota, as the service team was able to break a store record for the highest customer satisfaction index score the dealership has ever received.
Waters encouraged his team to focus on improving the overall customer service experience, speed of service and making sure every vehicle’s service needs were met the first time.
