Just bought our third Toyota here in 19 years. Only hampered by limited RAV4 availability this time, but our salesman, Steven Bailey, did a great job. Wilsonville Toyota gives you a single contact for the entire process, which is a great policy that makes things much easier. All our purchases here went smoothly with "No Bull". Even had the car delivered this time since we had no trade. At our age, this will probably be our last car purchase, but if we needed to buy again we will certainly come back.

It is only charging at about half the rate that it is supposed to be working at. I let the dealer know three days ago of the situation and so far the response has been.” “ I think the service team should at least let me know they are thinking about it. Perhaps it is a quick and easy diagnosis and fix, but it would be good to get the ball rolling.

After speaking to Ben about a 2026 Toyota Crown Signia advertised on their web page, I made and appointment with Darby. I live 100 miles away in Warrenton, so the trip was not on a whim! By the time I got to the dealer, the car was already spoken for, but Darby found the exact car I wanted to buy, that was located 394 miles away. Wilsonville Toyota made me a very good offer on my trade and the new Signia too. The whole process took about 2 hours and painless. I should take delivery on my new car in 6 days. Wilsonville Toyota had great reviews and stood out from the rest. We've left other dealerships in the past because no one ever came over to help us, but that wasn't the case here. Pete Chavez greeted us right away, and shortly after, Tre Garcia joined us. We originally came in looking for a truck with towing capability, but Pete and Tre pointed out the 4Runners and suggested we take one for a test drive. We're glad he did. We've always liked 4Runners, and when Pete told us the one we were driving was built in Japan that sold us. Tre worked hard to secure us a competitive interest rate, and the process moved quickly. They also gave us a great value for our trade-in, and compared to other dealerships we visited, our 4Runner was priced very competitively for the same specs. What we appreciated most was how simple the process felt. Tre handled everything from start to finish, so there was no bouncing between different people. Buying a vehicle is always a big decision, but Pete and Tre made the experience smooth. We'd absolutely return to Wilsonville Toyota and would recommend them to others.

Azhar was able to find the color and options I wanted and followed-up with me on during the production and build of the car with the estimated delivery even though he was on vacation abroad. Azhar was knowledgeable about my options. Many other Toyota dealers in my area were not at all! I worked with Yasir as well on day of purchase to pick-up the car and actually test drive it. Yasir showed me all the features and answered all my questions. The car was ready for me on time and Wilsonville Toyota made the process much easier. Never had to go back and fourth with another manager or financial guy. Didn't spend all day there.

Izzy DeGyves manipulated me out of an AWD Prius into a FWD Prius. I was called on my way in to a routine service appt about them wanting to pursue trade in options and was paired with him. I was open about not being the car person in the family and discouraged from waiting to discuss the trade with my partner. He assured me multiple times that it was the same car, just newer. When I realized the next day why this deal wasn’t actually what I had thought, he did not return my calls. Even after speaking with a general manager, Josh, he did not call me back. I feel stupid, manipulated, ashamed and disrespected.
